    On windows when setup (like):
    php.exe C:\xampp\akelos\script\setup -d c:\xampp\htdocs\booklink

    After this, the MySql server don't start anymore.
    You must manually edit my.cnf
    innodb_log_arch_dir = "C:/xampp/mysql/"
    into
    ##innodb_log_arch_dir = "C:/xampp/mysql/"
