Installing Akelos: Install Problem

    Hello. I Have Win XP -> Wamp Server .
    Link: Localhost/akelos/ and:
    Warning: Call-time pass-by-reference has been deprecated; If you would like to pass it by reference, modify the declaration of [runtime function name](). If you would like to enable call-time pass-by-reference, you can set allow_call_time_pass_reference to true in your INI file in C:\wamp\www\akelos_framework\lib\AkObject.php on line 66

    I change in php.ini
    allow_call_time_pass_reference on or off but nothing..

    What i must do to fix it?

    checked the php.ini at apache/bin/ ?

    allow_call_time_pass_reference = On
