Setting up Akelos .8 on Windows Vista, with Apache, PHP and MySQL. The initial configuration page sees that I have MySQL and I choose that. The next page asks me to enter dbase details. They are: localhost, test_dev/test/test_tests, user is root, and password is MySQL's root password. Click continue and I get "Could not connect to test_tests database"

The problems I've had so far I've solved through google/this board but I can't see anything about this one on Windows. Am I supposed to create dbases first? I thought the configuration script did that.
